Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the Campo Viejo Dream Holiday promotion (the “Promotion”) and will prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including in-store or online advertising or promotional materials including bottle neck collars. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms. Please retain a copy of these Terms for your information.
1. Promoter: Pernod Ricard UK Limited, Building 7 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London, W4 5YG. Please do not send entries to this address.
2. Eligibility: Promotion open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) aged 18 years and over, except employees and families of the Promoter and its affiliate companies, agencies and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion. Excludes residents of the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
3. Promotional Period: The Promotional Period shall end at 23:59 GMT on 30th November 2021.
4. Entry Instructions
4.1 Entrants in England, Scotland and Wales must:
- Purchase any promotional bottle of Campo Viejo Tempranillo 75Cl, Campo Viejo Garnacha 75CL, Campo Viejo Blanco 75CL and Campo Viejo Winemakers Blend 75CL during the Promotional Period in Tesco, One Stop, Premier, Budgens, Londis, Family Shopper stores or on tesco.com; and
- Head to www.winwithcampoviejo.co.uk and enter the unique code found on the inside of the bottle neck collar, as well as name and email address.
4.2 Purchase is necessary for all entries (excluding in Northern Ireland - see 4.6). Please retain your original itemised till receipt and original neck collar showing the winning unique code as you may need to provide them to claim your prize (see 6.1 and 9.7).
4.3. If you have purchased a bottle from Tesco.com and have not received a neck collar, please upload a photo of your order confirmation to www.winwithcampoviejo.co.uk. You will be contacted by email if you have won a hamper and you will automatically be entered into the draw for the Dream Holiday.
4.4. All promotional codes are unique, and each code can only be entered once. Any further attempts to enter the code will result in disqualification.
4.5. Entrants can purchase multiple promotional products throughout the Promotional Period and can enter a total of three times across the Promotional Period. Any entries above this amount will be automatically disqualified.
4.6. No purchase is necessary for Northern Ireland residents. Entrants should send their name and email address to: Win with Campo Viejo PO Box 1079, Hemel Hempstead, HP1 1GY to receive code by email to enter into www.winwithcampoviejo.co.uk Limited to one unique code per person per week, and a total of three during the Promotional Period.
5.1. There is one main prize of a holiday worth up to £10,000 (the “Dream Holiday”) and 1000 secondary prizes of luxury Spanish hampers containing approximately £70 worth of products based on RRP, including Torres crisps, Perollo olives, Catalan almonds, olive oil and much more. Any entries received after the end of the Promotional Period will not be eligible to win the Dream Holiday or hampers but one entrant per month from December 2021 to April 2022 inclusive will be chosen at random to win a case (6 bottles of 75CL) of Campo Viejo Winemaker’s Blend. (Collectively, the “Prizes”).
5.2. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered for any of the Prizes. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to where continuing restrictions resulting from COVID-19 impact the Promoter’s ability to offer the Dream Holiday), the Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prizes for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection
6.1. Winners of the hampers will be notified instantly that they have won. Winners will be contacted via email to verify their win. Winners will subsequently receive an email notification to let them know their prize has been dispatched. Winners of all hampers will also be entered into the draw for the Dream Holiday.
6.2. The winner of the Dream Holiday will be selected at random by an automatic computer process from all valid entries on 3rd December 2021. The winner will then be contacted by email by 17th December 2021 and further details about how to book the Dream Holiday will be provided. Where a winner fails to respond to this email within 10 working days, a new winner be chosen at random via the same process.
7. Additional Prize Conditions for The Dream Holiday
7.1. The Promoter will appoint a travel agent/booker of its choice to act as the winner’s experience advisor and provide expert and impartial advice on travel, accommodation, excursions, transfers, lounge passes and other activities requested by the winner up to the maximum value of £10,000. The winner must be one of the travelling parties but there is no limit on the number of companions. Trips and experiences must be booked through this agent and are non-transferable and non-refundable once booked. Once an itinerary has been agreed, any transfers, meals, drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, excess baggage, car hire, personal expenses, and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the itinerary (including any in-flight extras and additional hotel charges) will be at the expense of the winner. If a booking is cancelled or a companion removed, no alternative tickets will be issued. The Dream Holiday will be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the booking agent.
7.2. The Dream Holiday must be booked and travelled within two years of the winner receiving their notification email and once booked any amendments will be at the expense of the winner.
7.3. Where the Dream Holiday involves foreign travel, winner and companion(s) are responsible for obtaining a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to their chosen destination at their own expense. The winner must also make sure that the travelling party has any required vaccinations, health certificates, visas and other documentation necessary to complete the itinerary at the time of travel.
7.4. Where hotel accommodation is included in the trip, the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotels for security deposit purposes.
7.5. Where the trip involves foreign travel, travel insurance must be taken out prior to travel by the winner.
7.6. The Promoter’s agent will not organise travel to countries or areas where the British Foreign & Commonwealth Office advise against travel.
7.7. The winner of the Dream Holiday and all companions must be aged 18 or over. For travel to the USA, at least one traveller must be aged 21 or over.
7.8. Prior to booking the itinerary the Promoter’s agent will inform the winner of any age restrictions and other terms and conditions that may apply to individual elements of their chosen itinerary. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to such further terms and conditions including without limitation applicable health and safety guidelines.
7.9. Unfortunately, the Dream Holiday will be forfeited if:
- The winner is unable to take the prize within the dates specified by the Promoter;
- The winner has not obtained the proper travel documents by the date specified by the Promoter;
- The winner has any immigration complications which prevent them from entering, leaving or travelling within the dates specified by the Promoter; or
- The winner has any medical, legal or any other reason that would prevent them from accepting and participating in the Dream Holiday.
7.10. In the event that the Dream Holiday is forfeited by any winner, a new winner will be chosen at random.
8. Personal Data
8.2. Once all Prizes have been administered, all personal data will be deleted unless specific consent has been given for the Promoter to send further communications. Where this consent has been given, VCG will transfer data relating to those entrants to the Promoter, who is the data controller. Consents can be withdrawn or amended at any time by emailing campoviejo@
8.3. In the event that a reasonable request is made, including by the Advertising Standards Authority or any other competent body, the Promoter will provide the surname and county of residence of the winner of the Dream Holiday.
9.1. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries or prize claims that are lost, delayed or damaged for any reason whatsoever.
9.2. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.
9.3. Winners agree to take part in marketing activity in respect of the Promotion. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to the unrestricted use of post-Promotion publicity for the Promoter’s own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the Promoter’s websites and social networking platforms.
9.4. Entrants agree that, to the extent permissible by law, the Promoter and its affiliates, agents assume no liability for injuries, losses or damages or any kind to property or persons, including without limitation death, resulting in whole or part, directly or indirectly, from the management of or mechanics behind the Promotion, entry into the Promotion, the acceptance of the Prizes, and any acts or omissions of the winner and travel companions. Nothing will exclude the Promotor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
9.5. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
9.6. The Promoter reserves the right to exclude any entries that it reasonably believes to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.
9.7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase, address, age and identity details (which they must provide within 14 days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the Promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms or any instructions forming part of these Terms or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into in relation this clause.
9.8. These Terms (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues.
